Part A - Scoring Section:

B Cutting Module: 

1) The up-and-down movement of the blade is controlled by a worm gear and worm mechanism. It can perform suspended cutting or slot cutting. 
2) Blade slicing method, 30 knife handles, minimum slicing width: 10mm 
3) There are knife slots on the guide rollers, with the groove being 1mm wide and the convex surface being 1mm wide. 
4) There are light tubes beneath the knife shaft, which can illuminate both sides of the winding and unwinding areas.

C Main Drive/Reel Section: 

1) Rolling type: A combination of surface and center rolling at two positions, with separate upper and lower shafts; 1-inch shaft and 3-inch shaft can be used for rolling. 
2) The upper and lower reel holders are controlled by precise cylinders and precise regulating valves, which precisely adjust the pressure between the reel shaft and the main drive roller. 
3) Main Roll: 3 rubber rolls with a diameter of 200mm and a width of 800mm (secured onto the shaft with a 1-inch diameter), with a dynamic balance of less than 3g. There is 1 main drive and 2 winding drive units. 
4) Main roller drive: Yaskawa 4KW servo drive. 
5) The upper and lower reel shafts are driven for winding by 2.5kW Yaskawa servo motors. 
6) Diameter of the roll: Maximum 400mm 
7) 2 pieces of 3-inch plate-type air expansion shafts are provided. 2 pieces of 1-inch shafts are also included. 
8) Discharging method: Discharge by arranging the items in a certain pattern. 

D Electrical Control: 
1) The entire machine is controlled by the SIEMENS S7-200 smart PLC. 
2) On the panel, there is a 7-inch Siemens touch screen, along with buttons for tension start, tension stop, power on, and power off. 
3) The speed of the main unit is controlled by the speed-up and speed-down buttons installed on the panel. 
4) The touch screen is used to set and display the parameters of the entire machine, such as speed, constant-length deceleration, constant-length stopping, and so on. 
5) Use Schneider Electric components. The PLC and touch screen control the overall tension of the machine, while a 2.5kW frequency converter and frequency motor control the overall speed of the machine.
